To help us offer you the outstanding service that we strive to deliver, kindly entertain the information underneath.

Following is a ‘checklist’ of things that need to happen in order for us to get your website live in the required 15 days.

If there is any procedural link outstanding on your website, please let me know immediately to allow me to implement the action needed.

What needs to happen for you to get a VRN website?

1.       Register via the link above.

2.       Sign the Reseller’s Agreement.

3.       Send Proof of Payment to yusuf@esquire.co.za

4.       Confirm the URL you would like to use.

5.       One of our designers will contact you, requesting you respond to a web design brief.  This will give us a good idea of how you would want your site look, whichlogo and
corporate colours to use etc. You will be given a choice of 5 templates to choose from.

6.       Register online with VCS.

7.       Register with Internet Express.

The procedure from our side:

1.       Register your web address and create 10 email addresses of your choice.

2.       Send the C-Panel details to you.

3.       Start design of the site (we will need up to 15 working days to complete the site).

4.       Sign-off design and give you log-in details to the back-end.

5.       Send you a link to the VRN YouTube Channel with training videos loaded to it (We can also courier you a disk, should you find this more convenient).

6.       Integrate VCS (Payment Gateway).

7.       Integrate Internet Express (Courier Service).

8.       Should you wish to implement PayPal as well, this will be done at no additional cost.

9.       Run a test transaction on credit card to make sure the process fires seamlessly.

The system automatically calculates the shipping costs into the amount payable into your account. The debit account is to accommodate costs incurred by Courier Direct for delivery of that order.

Subject: Preferential pricing for Esquire customers using “Virtual Warehouse”

Hi Mahomed

I have agreed that VCS will offer a price that is half the existing VCS base price and also remove the minimum monthly fee charged to smaller merchants.

Esquire will therefore inform their customers that the VCS system is already built into your application and if they signup with VCS they will reciev the preferential fee structure.

Authorisation R0.25 irrespective of whether the transaction is Approved or not.

Settlement of Approved transactions a further R0.25 plus 0.25% of the value with a maximum of R4.00 per transaction.

Refunds R1.00

There will be no minimum monthly fee.

These are the fee that VCS charges for it services and the fees exclude the fees charges by the banks or other service providers i.e.

The banks charge Merchant Service Commission of 2.5-6% of the value.

Autopay have a charge around 3%

CellPayPoint also charge around 3%

Payd will cost R1.00 plus 0.25% with no maximum, and the banks will charge 1.5%-2.5% for CHIP/PIN Debit or Credit cards

SID will charge an additional 1%

Etc. etc.

VCS will also reduce the fees further should the aggregate transaction volume exceed 10 000 transactions per month.

VCS will also reduce the fees for Esquire transactions to our maximum discounted fee of R0.17 plus R0.17 plus 0.17% of the value with a maximum of R2.00
